We process orders promptly but require 1-5 business days handling time before shipment depending on volume. Transit times vary by carrier and destination but average 3-10 business days. Shipping dates on the website are estimates only. We are not liable for delivery delays or losses by the carrier.

6. Returns/Refunds

We want you fully satisfied with every Vitapointe® purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, please review our return policy at thevitapointe.com/returns. We will process eligible returns for refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your request and returned goods.

Recurring Payments

If you purchase an auto-renewal plan like a subscription, you authorize regularly scheduled charges to your card on file per the specified billing frequency until canceled. We will notify you before each renewal payment is processed. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal charge to avoid being billed.

8. Discount Coupon Terms

Percent-off, dollar-off, free gift, and other promotional coupons are sometimes offered on thevitapointe.com or through promotional emails. To redeem coupons:

    Coupons only apply to the payment method used. If you change payment method, the coupon value may be revoked.
  • Only one coupon may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Stacking multiple coupons is not permitted.
  • Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
  • Vitapointe® reserves the right to cancel, modify, or limit the use of any coupon at our discretion.

Expired, fraudulent or improperly used coupons will be considered void.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID VITAPOINTE®, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
